Mock DOT Audit

One of the best ways to prepare for an FMCSA compliance review is to conduct a mock DOT audit. Trucksafe

offers comprehensive compliance assessments designed to identify potential violations before they become costly problems. Our team reviews key compliance areas—including driver qualification files, hours of service records, drug alcohol testing programs, vehicle maintenance, and safety policies—providing carriers with a clear

roadmap to correct deficiencies before FMCSA intervention. Contact us

Safety Rating Upgrades

A downgraded FMCSA safety rating can have serious consequences, but Trucksafe helps carriers navigate the

corrective action process under 49 CFR 385.17 to restore a Satisfactory rating. We assist with preparing a Safety Management Plan (SMP), gathering supporting documentation, and presenting the case to FMCSA in a way that maximizes the chances of approval. For carriers that believe FMCSA made an error in assigning their rating, we can assist with an administrative appeal under 49 CFR 385.15. Contact us
