Annual Vehicle Inspection Report
The inspection must include, at a minimum, the parts and accessories identified in 49 C.F.R. Part 396 (Appendix G). Inspections must be performed by an individual meeting the qualification requirements in 49 C.F.R. 396.19 & .25 (as applicable). A copy of the inspection report should be kept on the vehicle at all times.

Driver Consent to Limited Clearinghouse Queries
Carriers that employ CDL drivers must run annual queries through their accounts with the FMCSA's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse to determine whether any drug/alcohol violation information exists in the Clearinghouse on each driver.
